This Methodology & Results Disclaimer explains how OPYNARI engagement indicators should be understood. It applies unless a campaign publishes a more specific methodology notice.

1. Nature of OPYNARI Results

OPYNARI is a public-engagement and opinion platform. Its votes, Fan Power activity, Quick Opinions, rankings, percentages, and related indicators generally reflect participation by Platform users under the rules and technical conditions of a particular campaign.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, OPYNARI results are not scientific opinion polls, probability samples, official elections, referendums, market certifications, audited ratings, representative population estimates, or predictions of future behavior.

2. Participation Is Self-Selected

Individuals generally choose whether to visit, register, vote, support, or answer. Self-selection means that participants may differ materially from the broader population. Results can be affected by campaign visibility, audience composition, geographic reach, timing, language, social sharing, public interest, access to technology, and differences in engagement among communities.

A larger participation total can increase the amount of observed activity but does not, by itself, create a representative sample or eliminate selection bias.

3. Campaign-Specific Rules

Each campaign may define its own:

  • eligible options or voluntary participants;
  • opening and closing dates;
  • voting or support frequency;
  • registration or authentication requirements;
  • geographic or age conditions;
  • availability of changed selections;
  • Fan Power, Quick Opinions, jury review, or other engagement mechanisms;
  • integrity controls and invalidation criteria; and
  • display, ranking, tie, or completion rules.

Users should review the campaign page and any campaign-specific rules before interpreting results.

4. Voting and Changed Selections

A campaign vote represents a recorded selection under the applicable rules. Where “Change Vote” or an equivalent function is available, a user’s current selection may replace an earlier selection for the main ranking. Historical logs may be retained for security, audit, and integrity purposes even when the displayed selection changes.

The public total may represent current valid selections rather than every selection event ever submitted. A campaign may use account, email, device, IP, time, or other controls to apply voting limits and prevent duplication or manipulation.

5. Fan Power

Fan Power is a separate community-support signal. Unless a campaign expressly states otherwise, Fan Power does not alter the main vote or ranking. It may permit support on a different schedule—such as once within a defined period—and is intended to measure continuing community mobilization or affinity rather than a single comparative selection.

Vote totals and Fan Power totals should not be combined or treated as interchangeable measures.

6. Quick Opinions

Quick Opinions are short-form responses designed to capture immediate preference signals. They may use different eligibility, frequency, display, duration, and aggregation rules from full campaigns. A Quick Opinion result describes responses received through that feature and should not be generalized beyond its actual participation context.

7. Integrity Review

OPYNARI may use automated signals and human review to identify suspected bots, scripts, duplicate participation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, unauthorized incentives, technical exploitation, or other activity inconsistent with Platform or campaign rules.

We may delay, exclude, reverse, consolidate, or invalidate activity when reasonably necessary to preserve integrity. Public totals and rankings may therefore change during or after a campaign. The absence of a visible adjustment does not represent a guarantee that all activity was independently verified.

8. Calculations and Display

Percentages may be rounded and may not total exactly 100%. Rankings may change when new valid activity is recorded, invalid activity is removed, a user changes a permitted selection, a tie is resolved, or a technical correction is applied.

Different parts of the Platform may update at different intervals because of caching, moderation, validation, or processing delays. Temporary differences between a card, chart, report, dashboard, or export do not necessarily indicate a permanent error.

9. Missing, Incomplete, and Voluntary Data

Demographic, geographic, professional, and other research-profile fields may be optional. Analysis based on voluntary fields may cover only the subset of participants who supplied those fields and may not describe all Platform users. “Unknown,” “not provided,” or excluded responses can materially affect interpretation.

OPYNARI should not infer characteristics that are not reasonably supported by the collected data. Sensitive-data analysis receives additional safeguards and may be restricted, aggregated at a higher level, or omitted.

10. Aggregate Intelligence

Commercial reports and dashboards may use aggregated, statistical, de-identified, or otherwise lawfully prepared data. Such products are designed to identify patterns and engagement signals, not to disclose raw personal profiles or directly identifiable voting histories.

Insights depend on the underlying campaign, participation volume, data completeness, validation procedures, and analytical assumptions. They do not guarantee commercial, political, reputational, operational, investment, or other outcomes. Customers remain responsible for independent judgment and lawful use.

11. No Professional Advice

OPYNARI content and results are provided for information, engagement, research, and discussion. They are not legal, financial, investment, medical, employment, electoral, polling, or other professional advice. No person should make a high-impact decision solely from an OPYNARI ranking or engagement indicator.

12. Historical Results

A completed campaign may preserve a historical snapshot. Later corrections, rights requests, technical migrations, data-retention actions, or integrity findings may require changes. Archived results should be interpreted according to the rules and methodology in effect when the campaign operated.

13. Campaign Subjects and Affiliation

Inclusion in a result does not mean that a displayed person or organization participated in, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the campaign. See the Campaign Independence & Non-Affiliation Notice for details.

14. Questions and Corrections

To report a material calculation error, misleading label, duplicate option, or other methodology concern, use the official contact method published on OPYNARI. Identify the campaign, result, date, and specific issue so that it can be evaluated.
