These Community Guidelines establish the standards for participation in OPYNARI campaigns, voting, Fan Power, Quick Opinions, voluntary submissions, profiles, and other interactive areas. They supplement the OPYNARI Terms of Use and any campaign-specific rules.
1. Participate Authentically
Use your own account and interact as a real person or properly authorized organization. Do not create false identities, impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or conceal a coordinated effort intended to manipulate public perception.
2. Protect Campaign Integrity
You may not artificially influence results through bots, scripts, device farms, purchased activity, automated requests, coordinated inauthentic accounts, unauthorized incentives, technical exploitation, repeated registration, credential sharing, or circumvention of account, email, device, IP, time, or geographic controls.
Do not offer money, gifts, services, employment advantages, threats, or other improper pressure in exchange for votes, Fan Power, answers, or account access. Lawful, transparent encouragement to participate is permitted unless a campaign rule states otherwise.
3. Respect Other People
Do not use OPYNARI to harass, threaten, stalk, shame, exploit, or incite harm against another person or group. Content must not promote violence, dehumanization, or unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics.
Disagreement, criticism, satire, and strong opinions may be permitted when expressed lawfully and without targeted abuse, threats, or deceptive impersonation.
4. Submit Lawful and Accurate Content
Do not knowingly submit materially false, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading claims. Voluntary participants must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must correct material errors that could affect eligibility, identity, rights, or public understanding.
5. Respect Privacy
Do not disclose another person’s private contact details, government identifiers, financial information, credentials, medical information, precise private location, or other sensitive personal information without lawful authority. Do not encourage doxxing, unauthorized surveillance, or identity theft.
Only submit personal information about another person when you are authorized to do so and the submission is necessary for a legitimate Platform purpose.
6. Respect Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights
Only upload images, videos, music, text, logos, or other materials that you own or are authorized to use. Do not remove rights-management information or falsely claim ownership. Public availability does not necessarily mean that content is free to reuse.
References to public figures, brands, works, and other subjects may appear in OPYNARI-created editorial campaigns. Users may not use that editorial context to falsely claim sponsorship, endorsement, or official status.
7. No Harmful Technical Activity
Do not upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt service, overload systems, intercept communications, obtain unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or share instructions designed to compromise Platform or user security.
If you discover a potential vulnerability, report it privately through the official contact method and avoid accessing, changing, retaining, or disclosing data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
8. Prohibited Commercial and Promotional Conduct
Do not send spam, run unauthorized promotions, harvest contact information, sell access to accounts, resell restricted data, or use OPYNARI content or results to create a false commercial association. Promotional activity connected to a voluntary campaign must comply with its rules and applicable law.
9. Political and Civic Participation
Political and public-issue discussion must not include unlawful threats, voter suppression, deceptive instructions about official voting, false claims that OPYNARI is a government election system, or misrepresentation of coordination with a candidate, committee, party, government, or advocacy organization.
An OPYNARI preference is an informal Platform engagement signal unless expressly stated otherwise. It is not an official ballot, campaign contribution, public appointment, or government action.
10. Images and Sensitive Material
Do not upload sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic content intended primarily to shock or harass, or material that unlawfully depicts or endangers a minor. OPYNARI is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Campaign-specific rules may impose additional standards for image quality, identification, releases, editing, disclosure, and eligibility.
11. Enforcement
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, OPYNARI may:
- warn a user or request a correction;
- limit visibility or functionality;
- remove or restrict content;
- invalidate votes, Fan Power, answers, or other activity;
- disqualify a voluntary submission;
- suspend or terminate an account;
- preserve evidence and notify affected parties; or
- refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
We may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, data, rights, security, or campaign integrity.
12. Context and Appeals
We consider context, including educational, documentary, journalistic, artistic, public-interest, or counterspeech value. Enforcement is not a guarantee that every violation will be identified immediately or treated identically where facts differ.
Where appropriate, a user may request review of a moderation or integrity decision through the official contact method. The request should identify the account, campaign, action, and relevant context. Repeated or abusive appeals may be limited.
13. Reporting
To report content, manipulation, impersonation, privacy abuse, intellectual-property concerns, or security issues, use the official reporting or contact method published on OPYNARI. Provide enough detail to locate and evaluate the issue, but do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
