Cookie Policy
Effective Date: September 24, 2026
Last Reviewed: September 24, 2026
Version: 1.0
This Cookie Policy explains how OPYNARI, operated by Arpex Web LLC (“OPYNARI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites, applications, campaigns, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). It should be read together with the OPYNARI Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and device identifiers. These technologies can recognize a browser or device, maintain a session, remember preferences, measure activity, and support security.
2. Categories We May Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These technologies are required for core Platform functions, such as page delivery, account authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, saving privacy choices, and protecting forms. The Platform may not function correctly without them.
2.2 Preference and Functionality Cookies
These technologies remember choices such as language, interface settings, session preferences, or accessibility options. They allow the Platform to provide a more consistent experience but are not always essential.
2.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These technologies help us understand how the Platform is used, including pages visited, features used, navigation paths, errors, approximate location, device characteristics, and campaign engagement. We use this information to measure performance, improve design, diagnose problems, and understand aggregate usage.
2.4 Campaign Integrity and Security Technologies
OPYNARI may use identifiers and technical signals to detect duplicate activity, automated traffic, bots, manipulation, abuse, and attempts to circumvent voting or Fan Power limits. These technologies support the reliability and security of campaign activity and may be treated as necessary where permitted by law.
2.5 Communications and Embedded Content
If the Platform includes embedded media, social features, payment tools, maps, authentication services, or other third-party content, those providers may place or access their own cookies. Their technologies are governed by their privacy and cookie notices.
2.6 Advertising Technologies
OPYNARI does not use cookies to sell directly identifiable voting histories or personal profiles. If advertising or cross-context behavioral technologies are introduced, we will provide any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before using them for that purpose.
3. How We Use These Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- operate accounts, logins, forms, voting, Fan Power, Quick Opinions, and campaign functions;
- remember settings and privacy choices;
- secure the Platform and investigate suspicious activity;
- enforce participation limits and preserve campaign integrity;
- measure traffic, engagement, performance, and feature effectiveness;
- diagnose errors and improve the Platform;
- process payments and maintain transaction sessions; and
- comply with law and document consent or preference signals.
4. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are set by OPYNARI. Third-party cookies are set by providers whose services are integrated into the Platform, such as hosting, analytics, security, payment, authentication, video, or social-media providers. We select providers for operational purposes, but third parties control their own technologies and practices.
5. Duration
Session cookies generally expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Duration depends on the purpose of the cookie, security needs, provider settings, and legal requirements. We seek to avoid retaining cookie identifiers longer than reasonably necessary for their stated purpose.
6. Your Choices
Where required by law, non-essential technologies will be controlled through a consent or preference mechanism. You may be able to accept, reject, or adjust categories through the cookie banner or preference control made available on the Platform.
You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent account login, voting, security checks, saved preferences, or other Platform functions from working correctly. Browser controls vary by provider and device.
7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process supported signals as required. Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Platform may not respond to all such signals. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
8. Relationship to Participation Records
Deleting browser cookies does not necessarily delete account information, votes, Fan Power activity, campaign participation, transaction records, or server-side security logs. To request action regarding personal information stored by OPYNARI, use the process described in the Privacy Policy or Data Rights Request page.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, laws, or Platform functions change. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
10. Contact
For questions about cookies or privacy choices, use the official contact or privacy-request method published on OPYNARI or in the OPYNARI Legal Documents area.
