Data Rights Request Process

Effective Date: September 24, 2026

Version: 1.1

This Data Rights Request Process explains how individuals may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other action concerning personal information processed by OPYNARI and Arpex Web LLC.

1. Available Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request one or more of the following:

  • confirmation that we process your personal information;
  • access to or a copy of personal information associated with you;
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • deletion, anonymization, blocking, or restriction of eligible information;
  • portability where legally available and technically applicable;
  • information about categories, purposes, sources, or recipients;
  • withdrawal of consent or objection to certain processing;
  • opt-out of a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity where applicable;
  • review of certain decisions based solely on automated processing; or
  • appeal of a denied request where applicable law provides an appeal right.

2. How to Submit a Request

Use the official privacy-request form or contact method published on OPYNARI. Clearly label the request “Privacy Request” or “Data Rights Request” and provide:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or username associated with the account;
  • your country and state or province of residence;
  • the right or action you wish to exercise;
  • the relevant account, campaign, submission, transaction, or feature; and
  • enough detail for us to understand and locate the information.

Do not send a password, full payment-card number, government identification number, or other unnecessary sensitive information with the initial request.

3. Identity Verification

We must reasonably verify that a requester is the person to whom the information relates or is properly authorized to act for that person. Verification may use the account email, authenticated account access, confirmation links, knowledge of relevant Platform activity, or limited additional information proportionate to the sensitivity of the request.

If we cannot reasonably verify identity or authority, we may ask for additional information, limit the response, or deny the request. Any verification information will be used only for verification, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance and retained only as reasonably necessary.

4. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request. We may require evidence of the agent’s authority and direct confirmation from the individual. A parent or legal guardian may act for a person where legally authorized, although OPYNARI is intended for users aged 18 or older.

5. What Deletion Means

Deleting voluntary demographic or geographic research-profile fields does not automatically delete an OPYNARI account, votes, Fan Power activity, campaign participation, User Content, transaction records, or security logs. These are distinct records and may require a broader request.

When an eligible deletion request is completed, information may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or placed beyond ordinary use. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or protected archives until routine deletion, provided they are isolated and not used for unrelated purposes.

6. Information We May Retain

We may retain information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted to:

  • complete a requested transaction or provide a continuing service;
  • protect security and detect fraud, bots, abuse, or campaign manipulation;
  • maintain campaign integrity and prevent repeated circumvention;
  • comply with tax, accounting, recordkeeping, or legal obligations;
  • exercise or defend legal claims;
  • protect freedom of expression and other lawful rights;
  • honor another person’s rights; or
  • retain aggregate or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

Where possible, we will explain the basis for a limitation without exposing confidential security methods, another person’s information, or legally protected material.

7. Participation Records and Public Results

A privacy request may affect account-level records without requiring alteration of aggregate campaign results that no longer identify an individual. If content was submitted for public display, removal from the active page may not eliminate lawful copies, quotations, archived versions, or material controlled by third parties.

8. Response Timing

We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Timing may vary based on jurisdiction, request complexity, volume, verification, and whether an authorized extension is necessary. If an extension is permitted and needed, we will provide notice.

9. Fees

We generally do not charge for a reasonable privacy request. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive, technically disproportionate, or intended to abuse the process. We will explain any fee before proceeding.

10. Appeals and Complaints

If we deny or materially limit a request, you may ask us to review that decision. Identify the original request and explain why you believe the decision should change. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with a competent privacy or data-protection authority, including Brazil’s Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) for matters within its jurisdiction.

11. No Retaliation

OPYNARI will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right. Certain features may no longer function when information necessary to provide them is deleted or restricted.

12. Contact

Submit requests by email to privacy@opynari.com. Please identify the request type and do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the initial message.
