Participant Terms

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

These Participant Terms apply to individuals, organizations, brands, businesses or other entities participating in an OPYNARI campaign.

They apply together with the OPYNARI Terms of Use and the specific rules of each campaign.

OPYNARI is a project by Arpex Web LLC, powered by AEP Technology, developed by Arpex Web LLC.

Becoming a Participant

Participants may be:

  • Invited or selected by OPYNARI
  • Submitted by an authorized representative
  • Registered through an open campaign
  • Nominated where the campaign permits nominations

Participation does not guarantee votes, ranking, recognition or any particular result.

Participant Information

A participant page may include information such as:

  • Name
  • Image or logo
  • Description
  • Category
  • Location
  • Website
  • Authorized social links
  • Campaign information

The information displayed depends on the campaign.

Submitted Content

When you submit images, logos, text or other materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to provide them.

You grant OPYNARI permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate, display and promote the applicable campaign and participation on the platform.

Ownership of your original materials remains with you or the applicable rights holder.

Participants Added by OPYNARI

Some public-interest or comparative campaigns may include companies, brands, products, public figures or other subjects selected editorially by OPYNARI.

Being included in a campaign does not mean that the participant sponsors, endorses or has a commercial relationship with OPYNARI.

Where appropriate, OPYNARI may provide a way for an authorized representative to request corrections to factual information.

Campaign Promotion

Participants are encouraged to share their campaign and participant page with their communities.

They may invite customers, fans, followers, members or other legitimate supporters to participate.

Real community mobilization is permitted. Artificial participation is not.

Voting Integrity

Participants may not organize or knowingly encourage:

  • Bots or automated voting
  • Fake accounts
  • Circumvention of voting limits
  • Fraudulent participation
  • Technical manipulation
  • Purchased or fabricated votes

OPYNARI may investigate suspicious activity and invalidate participation that violates campaign rules.

Community Choice and Fan Vote

Community Choice represents the official campaign vote.

Fan Vote, when enabled, measures recurring community support separately.

A strong Fan Vote result does not increase a participant’s official Community Choice ranking.

Change of Opinion

When available, voters may change their official choice.

Participants acknowledge that rankings may therefore increase or decrease as public preferences change.

Sponsorship

A participant may also become a sponsor or commercial partner when permitted.

Sponsorship does not provide additional votes, preferential counting or control over campaign results.

A participant is not required to become a sponsor to remain eligible in a campaign unless the campaign is expressly structured as a separate paid-entry commercial program and clearly disclosed as such.

Rankings and Results

Rankings may change throughout an active campaign.

OPYNARI may review and correct results when invalid activity, technical problems or violations of campaign rules are identified.

Participants have no right to retain votes or engagement determined to be invalid.

Participant Pages

Participant pages are part of the OPYNARI campaign environment.

OPYNARI may determine their general structure, presentation and available features to maintain consistency across the platform.

Participants may not require changes intended to create an unfair competitive advantage.

Corrections and Removal Requests

An authorized participant or rights holder may contact OPYNARI regarding inaccurate information, unauthorized materials or other legitimate concerns.

OPYNARI will evaluate requests based on the campaign, applicable rights, platform integrity and applicable law.

Removal or Disqualification

OPYNARI may remove or disqualify a participant when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud or manipulation
  • Serious violation of campaign rules
  • Unlawful content
  • Misrepresentation
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Security threats
  • Other conduct that materially compromises the campaign

Where appropriate, OPYNARI may investigate before taking action.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Votes
  • Fan Votes
  • Ranking position
  • Publicity
  • Traffic
  • Commercial opportunities
  • Awards
  • Sponsorship
  • Any particular campaign result

Results depend on legitimate public participation.

Campaign-Specific Terms

Some campaigns may establish additional requirements concerning submissions, geography, eligibility, dates, awards or other conditions.

Those requirements will be disclosed with the applicable campaign.

Contact

Participants and authorized representatives may contact OPYNARI through its official channels regarding participation, corrections or campaign-related questions.
