Trust is fundamental to OPYNARI.
These principles define how OPYNARI protects the independence of campaigns, the integrity of participation and the credibility of the signals generated by the platform.
OPYNARI is a project by Arpex Web LLC, powered by AEP Technology, developed by Arpex Web LLC.
Independent Results
Votes cannot be purchased.
Sponsors, advertisers, partners and participating organizations do not receive preferential treatment in vote counting or rankings.
Commercial relationships are kept separate from campaign results.
One Official Choice
Community Choice represents the user’s official preference in a campaign.
Every valid participant follows the same applicable voting rules.
No organization, sponsor or participant can purchase additional official votes.
Change of Opinion
Changing your mind is part of having an opinion.
When enabled, OPYNARI allows users to reconsider and replace their official choice.
The new choice replaces the previous one. It does not create an additional official vote.
Fan Power Is Different
Community Choice measures who people choose.
Fan Power measures how strongly a community continues to support that choice.
Fan Votes are recorded separately and do not alter the official Community Choice ranking.
Real Communities Are Welcome
Participants are encouraged to share their campaigns and mobilize their communities.
A strong community is legitimate.
Bots, fake accounts, automated voting and artificial manipulation are not.
Results Must Reflect Valid Participation
OPYNARI may review suspicious activity and invalidate participation when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automation, duplication or manipulation.
Protecting the integrity of the result takes priority over preserving an invalid number.
Sponsors Support the Conversation — Not the Outcome
Organizations may sponsor campaigns and gain visibility around them.
They cannot buy:
- Votes
- Ranking position
- Preferential counting
- Control over legitimate competitors
- A predetermined result
Sponsorship will be identified where appropriate.
Public Opinion Is Not Automatically Scientific Research
OPYNARI captures real participation within its platform.
Unless a campaign explicitly uses an appropriate research methodology, its results should not be presented as representative of an entire population.
This distinction is particularly important for Quick Opinions and open public campaigns.
Privacy Matters
Participation can generate valuable signals about preferences and engagement.
OPYNARI may analyze these signals in aggregated form while maintaining defined rules for the handling of personal information.
Individual voting histories are not products sold to sponsors.
Technology Supports Integrity
AEP Technology provides the infrastructure behind OPYNARI’s participation system.
Technology may be used to enforce voting limits, identify suspicious activity, maintain campaign records and support the reliability of results.
Technology supports the process. It does not determine what people should choose.
Our Commitment
OPYNARI is built around a simple principle:
People choose. Communities participate. Opinions can change. Results must remain independent.
